The concept for “Tommi-Torte” came from my passion for the vegan lifestyle, especially for vegan desserts. Since the beginning of 2001 I became more and more interested in vegan food. Back In those days it was not that easy to get vegan products, so you had to be creative. Today, however due to the multitude of vegan ingredients available, it is amazing how simple it is to recreate ‘Grandmothers’ finest cakes without using animal products.
My style of baking is 100% vegan and has evolved over a 20-year period working in kitchens around the world.
From ‘A’ Apple-Crumple-Cake to ‘Z’ Zucchini-Lemon-Cake, all the cakes are available for each customers preference. The ingredients are personally chosen by myself and every single cake is handmade.
No cake is like the other! Pre-produced goods like dough, cake bases or buttercream will not be used, therefor pre-ordering is required to allow time to create your bespoke cake.
Delivery available for events, coffee-shops, offices or simply for a Sunday afternoon home treat!
